The Dolly Parton Imagination Library (DPIL) Designer Purse Bingo!
So many great things happen to a child's development when they have books in their life. From reading and creativity to more parent-child time, getting books into the hands of young children is a great way to help make sure kids become the best they can be.
So the Kasson-Mantorville and Triton Community ED programs have teamed up to start an Imagination Library program for all of Dodge County, MN. All proceeds from the Designer Purse Bingo, put on by the Mantorville Restoration Association, will go directly toward the cost of creating the Imagination Library program in Dodge County.
What is the DPIL? The Imagination Library is Dolly Parton's free book gifting program that sends high-quality, age-appropriate books to all registered children from birth to age five, addressed to them, at no cost to the child's family.
It takes money to fund these libraries, so get to the Designer Purse Bingo on Saturday (October 1), at The Hubbell House. If you buy tickets beforehand it's $25, at the door it'll be $30...and it's exactly what it sounds like; Playing bingo to win authentic designer purses! Each ticket gives you a full pack of 10 games.
