I remember hearing about this when it happened.  In 2000, Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw were arrested in Buffalo, New York after a backstage incident at Ralph Wilson Stadium.  Tim got into a fight with police officers, and Kenny took a ride on a police officer's horse.  Both were acquitted in May.

In 2009, "Troubadour" album by George Strait is certified platinum.

Reba McEntire married her manager, Narvel Blackstock, in 1989 at Lake Tahoe.

And Jamie O'Neal was born in Sydney, Australia in 1968.  Jamie won the Academy of Country Music Top New Female Award in 2000 for her hits "There is No Arizona" and "When I Think About Angels".
