Country Music History August 29

It's a quiet Saturday as far as country music history goes, but I'll pass on these few bits of history.

Diamond Rio keyboardist, Dan Truman, was born August 29, 1956 in Utah.

The number one country single on the Billboard chart in 1981 is Ronnie Milsap's "There's No Gettin' Over Me".

And in 2005, the Country Music Hall of Fame announces that Glen Campbell and Alabama are the latest inductees.
