Better late than never - here's today's country history info.

"Big Bad John" was recorded by Jimmy Dean back in 1961.  What a great song.

The Billboard country chart in 1973 was topped by "Louisiana Woman, Mississippi Man" sung by Loretta Lynn and Conway Twitty.

In 2012, Wynonna Judd's husband, drummer Cactus Moser, was involved in a motorcycle accident in South Dakota.  The injury resulted in Moser having his left leg amputated.
