UPDATE: Breathtaking Views at $1.5 Million Studio in Rochester But You Can’t Live In It…Yet

UPDATE as of March 22nd, 2022: The home that has been sitting unfinished in SW Rochester, Minnesota went on the market for $1.5 million.  Since the home was listed, I received several phone calls, e-mails and messages regarding this home and rumors associated with it.  Below is the latest update regarding the home at 2630 Wild Rose Ln SW in Rochester, Minnesota.

One of Rochester, Minnesota's most expensive studios went on the market last week for $1,500,000.  Well, you probably won't' want to live in it right away but if you buy this piece of real estate in Southeast Minnesota, you'll have one of the most amazing views of the Med City!

I've had my eye on the property at 2630 Wild Rose Ln SW for quite some time for a few reasons:

• #1 - I love this area of town.  I can't afford it but I love it.  All of the houses in this subdivision and area are just massive and there are quite a few that have that modern look to them which is one of my favorite styles.
• #2 - you can see this place from so many different spots.  It is so high up that it just towers over everything else and has an amazing view. The cool thing though is that when you drive in the neighborhood, it is hidden pretty well.

• #3 - this house has the potential to be a house with that modern look that I love.  It's going to cost some serious cash to make that happen since the house is missing quite a bit right now but someone could make this place absolutely amazing.

Although the house doesn't have any real bedrooms at the moment, the listing does state that it has a 6 car garage.

The current structure was built in 2017 and features 15,000 square feet and the entire property is 4.5 acres.

Unfortunately, the property was pulled off the market shortly after it was listed.  (Learn why below). When it was listed though, the agent, Robin Gwaltney, stated on Realtor.com, that the house is not finished but that could be to your advantage because if you've got the cash, you can build your dream home and pick out everything so it is exactly how you want it to look and feel.

Although the photos that have been taken don't show it, there are tons of wildlife in this area too.  If you are wanting a place with lots of deer, I can guarantee that you will see them on this property.  I know because when I drove by this place recently, there were deer standing in the front yard.
