New Coffee Shop Opening Soon in Byron, Minnesota

Life is better when you've had a cup of amazing coffee! Seriously, it just is. And the lucky town of Byron, Minnesota, which is just a few miles to the West of Rochester, is about to enjoy a brand new coffee shop!

Bear Paw Coffee Opening Soon in Byron, Minnesota

Back in November, I shared the exciting news that Bear Paw Coffee was breaking ground in Byron, Minnesota.  If you missed that announcement, you can get caught up at the story I wrote here.

Thanks to a recent post on the Bear Paw Coffee's Facebook page, we have a good idea when the new place will actually be opening.

Week 1️⃣1️⃣: Walls were primed and painted, the door was installed on the bathroom (very important feature ) gift cards were designed and shipped, and many, many more items were delivered.
We are feeling grateful that 12 wonderful individuals accepted our offer of employment and are eager to be your next favorite barista! ☕️
We had some revisions to our construction schedule that will make the next 3 weeks insanely busy but equally exciting!
We are aiming to open mid-May if all works out in our favor!
