Brooklyn Park, MN (KROC AM News) - For the 6th time this month, a pedestrian has been killed in the Twin Cities metro.

The Minnesota State Patrol reports 35-year-old Patrick Mack of Minneapolis was walking on Highway 252 in Brooklyn Park around 5:30 PM Monday when he was struck. The State Patrol report indicates he was walking against a “Do Not Cross” sign when he was hit. The vehicle that hit him was driven by 37-year-old Kelly Spring of Maple Grove.

A Roseville man was killed last Friday after being hit by two vehicles while walking on a street. Two pedestrians were killed Jan. 4th in Roseville, a pedestrian was killed the next day in St. Paul and the fourth victim was killed in Inver Grove Heights Jan 5th.

A Winona woman was also killed Monday morning while walking across Highway 14.
