10 Things That Have Happened Since The Twins Last Playoff Win

After the Minnesota Twins fell 4-1 to the Houston Astros today to lose their 17th straight playoff game, I thought it would be a good idea to look back and see what has happened since the last time the Twins won a playoff game.

October 5th, 2004. Johan Santana beat Mike Mussina and the Yankees 2-0 to take a 1-0 series lead in the ALDS. The Twins went on to lose the next three games (two of them in extra innings) to start the longest post-season streak in the big leagues.
