Southeast Minnesota continues to show off its softball talent, with a total of five teams ranked in the Top 10 of their respective classes in the latest state softball rankings.

The Minnesota Fastpitch Coaches Association released its latest rankings Sunday and southeast Minnesota and Section 1 were well represented.

Randolph (Section 4) jumped up to #4 in Class A, while St. Charles and Chatfield remained in the Top 5 in Class AA. The Three Rivers Conference rivals each have just one loss on the season, coming against each other. Chatfield won the first meeting 3-2, while St. Charles took the second meeting 10-1.

Winona stayed put at #4 while Byron slid down a spot to #5 in Class AAA.
