National Beer Day is something I will be celebrating on August 7th, just because it seems necessary too. I will be at a wedding on August 6th, so maybe I will be celebrating a little bit on that day, too....

According to National Day Calendar, this coming Sunday will be the day for your to celebrate. Whether you like a pale ale, lager, stout, Busch Lite, whatever you desire is fitting for National Beer Day!

Per National Day Calendar, here is how National Beer Day got it's day in History:

"On April 7, 1933, President Franklin Roosevelt took the first step toward ending Prohibition and signed a law that allowed people to brew and sell beer, in the United States, as long as it remained below 4.0% alcohol by volume (ABV).  Beer drinkers celebrated and were happy to be able to purchase beer again for the first time in thirteen years."

Yeah, so that is pretty awesome.

So, make sure you enjoy a pint, glass, bottle, keg, whatever, and enjoy your Sunday of National Beer Day!
