Terrific Thursday greetings!  "The Devil Went Down To Georgia" singer, Charlie Daniels, was born October 27, 1936 in Wilmington, North Carolina.  Daniels joined the Grand Ole Opry in 2008 and the Country Music Hall of Fame recently in 2016.

Lee Greenwood was born in 1942 in South Gale, California.  Lee's signature song is the powerful "God Bless The U.S.A."

In 1991, "Big Bad John" singer Jimmy Dean married Donna  Meade.

And in 2013, Kenny Rogers and Bobby Bare were inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.
