Happy Wednesday, country music fans!

Randy Traywick was born May 4, 1959 in Monroe, North Carolina.  Who?  Randy Travis!  I absolutely love Randy's "Forever And Ever, Amen".  Randy made his Grand Ole Opry debut on May 4, 1991.

Writer of such hits as "Pontoon" and "American Kids", songwriter Luke Laird was born in 1978 in Greenville, Pennsylvania.

In 1993, "No Fences" by Garth Brooks became the first country album certified for shipment of ten million units.

And in 2004, "Horse Of A Different Color" by Big & Rich was released by Warner Brothers.
