In 1966, Miss Dolly Parton married Carl Dean in Ringgold, Georgia.
Checking the Billboard chart, in 1981 we find a huge hit for the Oak Ridge Boys “Elvira” holding the #1 spot. Another huge hit, this one for Billy Ray Cyrus, “Achy Breaky Heart” is #1 in 1992 and remains there for five weeks.
And finally, in 2013 the Johnny Cash Museum in Nashville celebrates its grand opening.
