Today marks the day that made many teenage girls cry.  In 1958, Elvis Presley was sworn into the U.S. Army.

Tricia Lucus and her honey, Toby Keith, were married March 24, 1984.

In 2007, Carrie Underwood performed on "Live from New York", singing "Wasted" and "Before He Cheats".  Peyton Manning was host.

And finally, Natalie Hemby was born in Nashville in 1977.  Natalie is a very talented songwriter, penning "Tornado", "White Liar", "Pontoon" and others.
