I'd have to say that we are quite blessed this Sunday; we aren't buried in snow like the East Coast.  Prayers for all enduring the storm.

Well, they call him the streak!  Today is Ray Stevens' birthday, born January 24, 1941 in  Clarksdale, Georgia.  Ray recorded many off-the-wall hits, but also had a serious side evidenced in "Everything Is Beautiful".

Lonestar drummer, Keech Rainwater, was born this day in 1963 in  Texas.

In 2015, "Saturday Night Live" host Blake Shelton belted out "Boys 'Round Here".  And in 1981, Dolly Parton's "9 To 5" is #1 on the Billboard singles chart.
