February 24 was a great day for Sawyer Brown!  In 1984, the up-and-coming group won "Star Search" and $100,000!

It was also a pretty awesome day for Keith Urban.  He received his first #1 Billboard single in 2001 for "But For The Grace Of God".

Singer of "She Don't Know She's Beautiful", Sammy Kershaw, was born on this date in 1958 in Kaplan, Louisiana.  Kershaw has had a string of hits throughout his career including "Third Rate Romance" and "Queen Of My Double Wide Trailer".
