Thankfully, it's Friday!  Let's get the weekend started early with some country music history facts.

Back in 2003, singing "Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue", Toby Keith entertained the troops at Miramar Marine air Corps Station in San Diego, California.

"Once A Day" singer, Connie Smith, was born in 1941 in Elkhart, Indiana.  Connie married country singer Marty  Stuart in 1997.
