Three BIG country music birthdays to report today:

Dolly Parton's duet partner, Porter Wagoner, was born in 1927 in Missouri.  Porter joined the Grand Ole Opry in 1957 and the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2002.

Confederate Railroad front man, Danny Shirley, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee in 1956.  The group had hits with "Queen of Memphis" and "Trashy Women".

"Hee Haw" star, Buck Owens, born in  Sherman, Texas in 1929.  Country Music Hall of Fame member, Owens hosted "Hee Haw" for more than 15 years.

In 2001, Shania Twain and husband John "Mutt" Lange had a son, Eja in Switzerland.
