Country Music History April 25

Good Monday to you country music fans!

Happy birthday to Rory Lee Feek, born April 25, 1965 in Atchison, Kansas.  In addition to forming the duo Joey+Rory, Feek is an accomplished song writer, penning Easton Corbin's "A Little More Country Than That", Blake Shelton's "Some Beach", among others.

Born in 1945 in Oakland, California, Credence Clearwater Revival's Stu Cook.

In 1986, "Why Not Me" by The Judd's earns platinum album status, their first.  And in 2012, Brad Paisley made a guest appearance on the animated series "South Park".
