A two-car collision Saturday evening near Zumbrota sent a Rochester woman to St. Marys Hospital.

It occurred near the 2nd Street Southwest interchange.

The incident occurred near the Civic Center Drive interchange.

The list of crashes also included a 5 vehicle pile up on I-35 in southern Minnesota.

Minnesota Department of Transportation inspectors are evaluating the bridge.

One involved the Rochester Police Department and the other the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office.

The Minnesota Court of Appeals has ruled against a Rochester man now serving a prison sentence in connection with a 2019 shooting.

The crash occurred Saturday afternoon at an intersection just north of Zumbrota.

The State Patrol responded in the crash shortly before noon.

MnDOT says the closure is needed for painting and heavy equipment removal.
