If you think it's been a bit nippy here in southeast Minnesota lately, you're right. And, in fact, Monday could set a record as the coldest October 17th EVER in Rochester.
It's bad enough when a truck overturns spills its load of potatoes all over the highway, but Minnesota's sub-zero weather Thursday morning made things even worse.
We might be getting a brief respite into the really cold weather right now, however, there's more bitter cold headed our way this weekend. But just how close are we to the coldest temperature ever recorded in Minnesota?
