This past weekend, the historic streets of Nordeast Minneapolis transformed into a bustling canvas of creativity and community spirit — a feast for the senses.

Rochester Civic Theater is being notified that it has 30 days to address a list of issues that city officials contend has put the organization in violation of its long-standing lease of the theater and the Mayo Civic Center complex.

SEMAC is the Southeast Minnesota Arts Council, and they awarded 52 grants that totaled over $311,525.
