The wait is over!  It was almost a year ago when we first heard that CRAVE would be opening up a new restaurant in Rochester.  They officially announced on their Facebook page that their opening date is Saturday, September 5th.

If you missed the announcement, Curt St. John initially shared the news back in October that CRAVE would be expanding into Rochester.  They've got several locations throughout the Twin Cities area and the newest restaurant in our town would be located at the new Indigo Hotel.

Their Facebook page has been teasing us with pictures of the amazing food that they will be creating.  If you love sushi, they are claiming to have "an extensive sushi & sashimi offering".  Steaks, pasta, flatbread, seafood, and appetizers are on the menu as well as an award-winning wine and beverage list.

If you've had a taste at one of their other CRAVE locations, you know the food is going to be great.  What I'm really excited about is the feature that everyone is talking about.  The CRAVE restaurant in Rochester features an open air rooftop.  Yes!  You'll be able to see the stars at night above you while you are out on a date.  If you are looking for romantic, it doesn't get much better than this.
