Woman Arrested For Homicide in Rochester, MN
On June 15th a body was discovered at Mayo Park, located behind the Mayo Civic Center, in Rochester, Minnesota.
Authorities later determined the cause of death was homicide.
Woman Arrested For Homicide in Rochester, MN
Friday morning the Rochester Police Department announced that a 25-year-old woman had been taken into custody and is facing charges in the death of the 28-year-old man.
A press release sent from the Rochester Police Department says RPD "has arrested
a woman following a death investigation of a man found in Mayo Park."
Ruth Miller, age 25, Rochester, was taken into custody in Chaska on August 29 and faces charges for the death of 28-year-old Marcus Martin, Rochester. Martin was found deceased in the park on June 15, and the Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office later determined the cause of death was homicide.
Rochester Police say she told investigators she strangled Martin.
