Post Malone Shouts Out Red Wing in One of His Songs
Now, remember those collaborators I mentioned? One of them is in the song where Post Malone references a Minnesota brand.
Have you listened to the song 'Guy for That' with Luke Combs? The next time you listen to it listen a little harder. At the very beginning of the song Post Malone sings:
"I've got a guy designin’ my rifle
My momma's new boyfriend re-binds Bibles
Ricky down the road, he resoles Red Wings
Hell, I got a guy for every damn thing."
How I didn't notice that line about Red Wings until now is a mystery to me. It's literally in the first few lines of the song!
It's so cool to hear someone shout out a Minnesota brand like Red Wings, which was founded in Red Wing, MN back in 1905.
