Early last week, the first grandstand show for the 2026 Minnesota State Fair was announced. Weird Al will be taking over the grandstand stage!

Tickets went on sale on Friday, November 21st, and from what I can see, there are definitely still some left, but people are buying up the tickets. So if you're hoping to go, I wouldn't wait forever to get some if I were you.

Special Flash Sale on Minnesota State Fair Tickets

Speaking of tickets, the state fair announced that they're doing a special flash sale for one day only and while supplies last.

This is the cheapest you'll be able to get state fair tickets for, at $15 per ticket.

The flash sale will be on Tuesday, November 25th, starting at midnight. There's a limit of 12 tickets per order and only one order per person. This flash sale will only happen the day of November 25th or when supplies run out, whichever comes first.

Minnesota’s Longest Drive-Thru Light Show

The Kiwanis Holiday Light Display is free, but cash and non-perishable food donations are accepted. All money collected is given to area non-profits. Since opening in 2012 the event has raised nearly $800,000 for local charities.
