If a new year's resolution of yours is to eat healthier, there's a new restaurant coming to downtown Rochester, MN that might be able to help you out.

The place is called Green and The Grain. They already have multiple locations in the Twin Cities, and now they're bringing their delicious salads 'down south' to Rochester.

I'm seeing 12 different menu options ranging from Classic Caesar to Thai Beef Tenderloin, Caprese to The Farmer, and Apple + Pear to Buffalo Chicken.

It looks like any of their salads can also be wraps, and many of them have modifications you can make depending on dietary restrictions.

I don't see prices listed on their website, so they must be different depending on the location. But I can go in and pretend to order from one of their Twin Cities locations. By doing that, I'm seeing prices ranging from $12.49 up to $15.99.

Green and The Grain, Downtown Rochester, MN Location

Green and The Grain's location in downtown Rochester will be right next to the Historic Chateau Theater. That's way too convenient of a spot for me since the studios are downtown... I may be there often!

They hope to open this month. However, I did see in a Facebook post from October that they planned to open in December. Clearly, there have been some setbacks, so hopefully, if they don't open this month, it'll be soon!
