
Woman Killed in Rear End Crash in Anoka County
East Bethel, MN (KROC-AM News) - Authorities are investigating a fatal crash in a northern Twin Cities suburb.
The Anoka County Sheriff's Office says deputies and other emergency personnel responded around 10:30 Friday morning to a report of a traffic crash on Highway 65 in East Bethel. The preliminary investigation indicates a pickup crashed into the back of an SUV.

The Sheriff's Office says the pickup was traveling south on Highway 65, and after the collision, the SUV veered into the ditch and flipped over. The woman driving the SUV was pronounced dead at the scene.
The adult male driver and other occupants of the pickup were evaluated for minor injuries at the scene. Their names, and the name of the woman killed in the crash, have not been released.
The Minnesota State Patrol is assisting with the investigation.
