Moilanen said officers found the vehicle unoccupied in the Walmart north parking lot around 1:30 p.m. So far no arrests have been made.

Moilanen says potential thieves often patrol neighborhoods on foot looking for unlocked vehicles and bikes. He's asking residents to keep their vehicles locked and garage doors closed.
