
Crash With Deer on I-90 in Winona County Sends Driver Taken to Hospital
The vehicle, described as a small SUV, was traveling east when it hit the animal, the state crash report says.
Winona, MN (KROC-AM News)- A vehicle-deer collision in southeast Minnesota sent a motorist to the hospital Monday night.

The State Patrol responded to the crash shortly after 9:45 p.m. The vehicle was carrying four occupants at the time of the collision.
Two of the three passengers are children.

South Carolina Man Injured in Crash With Deer on I-90 in Winona County, MN
First responders were dispatched to the accident on Interstate 90 about six miles east of the Winona exit.
The vehicle, described as a small SUV, was traveling east when it hit the animal, the state crash report says.
28-year-old Raymond Anthony Borgatti of Enoree, South Carolina, was identified as the driver.

He was brought to a hospital in Winona with non-life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol says.
The passengers, identified as 26-year-old Katlynn Marie Borgatti, a seven-year-old girl and two-year-old boy from the same town in South Carolina, escaped the crash without injuries, according to the State Patrol.
Everyone was wearing their seatbelts and alcohol was not involved in the crash, the state crash report indicates.
The crash report does not described the condition of the deer. Ridgeway Fire and Winona Area Ambulance also responded to the deer-vehicle crash.
