Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Rochester Police Department has issued another Community Notification concerning a high-risk sex offender.

The notification says 45-year-old Terry Ross is a Level 3 predatory offender living in Rochester and is registered as homeless. It also indicates the change of address took effect yesterday.

Officials say Ross has a history of sexual contact with known female teenagers. The notification also indicates that he has used force to gain compliance from his victims.

His criminal history includes a felony criminal for soliciting a child to engage in sexual conduct that resulted in a nearly 3-year prison sentence in 2009. He was released from prison last May after serving a prison term for a felony drug conviction in 2019.
