That’s according to a pair of criminal complaints filed in Olmsted County Court Monday. The Olmsted County Sheriff's Office led the investigation, which involved at least two controlled buys.

The first of the two cases against 27-year-old Burhan Mohamed Hassan started in April when he sold 29 grams of suspected cocaine to a law enforcement informant in the parking lot of a Rochester business in the 1300 block of Salem Rd. Southwest, according to the case’s criminal complaint.
