That’s according to Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office Captain Tim Parkin. He said deputies initiated the traffic stop after learning a man was driving a vehicle without a valid license.

The stop occurred shortly before 7:30 on Saturday evening in the 3100 block of Welner Dr. Northeast, Parkin says.
