That’s according to a criminal complaint filed in Olmsted County Court on Tuesday. Rochester Police responded to the gun threat report shortly after 1:30 Tuesday morning.
Officers responded to the weapons call at the Taco Bell on North Broadway Ave.
Three juvenile girls in a vehicle told officers they had been at Quarry Hill Park with 19-year-old Trayveon Tom Heuangsayaseng Jr. when the young Austin man got into a dispute with one of the girls, the complaint says.

The group then dispersed with the girls leaving in the same vehicle and Heuangsayaseng Jr. leaving in a second vehicle. The girls went to the Taco Bell and encountered Heuangsayaseng Jr.’s vehicle as they were leaving, the charges say.
Heuangsayaseng Jr. then pointed a gun out of the vehicle’s window at the girls, the complaint says.
Officers then stopped the vehicle driven by Heuangsayaseng Jr. at the intersection of North Broadway and Civic Center Dr. shortly after responding to the weapons call.
Police found a loaded handgun inside of the vehicle, the complaint says.
Heuangsayaseng Jr. is charged with three counts of second-degree assault and a gross misdemeanor charge of carrying a pistol in public without a permit.
He’s being held on $5,000 conditional bail and is due back in court next month.
