My family is in the middle of a fight against cancer right now, and luckily, they live close to the town where the surgeries and treatment are scheduled.  When someone comes to Rochester for treatment, they don't have the luxury of "home" but thankfully, we have a place that provides that feeling.  Unfortunately, that place in Rochester is closing at the end of this week.

Hope Lodge is suspending operations on Friday, March 27th. We are not taking new reservations, and we don’t yet know how long this will last. For other lodging inquiries, please call our Cancer Helpline at 1-800-227-2345. - cancer.org

Another service that the American Cancer Society provides are rides for patients and those have also been stopped for now.

Do you know someone that is working on the frontlines right now?  Let me know!  I'd love to give them a shout out and a message of "Thanks!".  Send me a message on my Facebook page (Jessica On The Radio) or DM me on Instagram.
