As summer leaves us and fall rolls in, we will finally start to see the fall-like weather come into the area.

After a hot and humid weekend that saw temps reach 90 degrees across some of the state, most of Minnesota will give way to much cooler weather late into next week. Southeast Minnesota will start in the mid-80s, before falling into the 70s and then by Friday, the area will see temperatures in the 60s.

The cool temperatures will be much more comfortable, and the area will even get its first rain shower in quite some time.

With the cooler temperatures, it comes time for harvest. Sept 16th is National Farm Safety week and 103.1 KFIL will have updates and tips from the Brownfield Ag News Network. Rember the importance of staying safe and sharing the road with farm equipment.
