Need some ideas on what to change headed into 2017? We have some help for you!

According to statisticbrain.com, the top of the list is as always some sort of wellness activity. Either getting fit or losing weight.

Yes, these always seem to be at the top of the list, as all my friends tell me that the gym is packed in January. I wouldn't know, because I am never there.

Some other people maybe want to travel more, read more, finally get some time to him or herself and watch some Netflix. Can't think of one for yourself? We have the top five new years resolutions from 2015 for the year of 2016.

1. Stay Fit and Healthy/Lose Weight

Every year it seems to be at the top of the list. It is why gyms/fitness clubs always have the best deals in January and they are packed. I never have been a huge fan of going to the gym, but for others it is a great stress relief. You don't have to be a member of a gym to get healthy. Maybe changing your diet, or just doing some work outside is the best way to get healthy.

2. Get Organized

This should be at the top of my list. I have not the most organized person in the world, but I always make sure my stuff is in the right order, for the most part....Organization isn't my strong suit, and many people agree they could do a better job.

3. Spend Less, Save More

Budgeting is key, and it should be. You should never spend more than you have, and continue to save for a happy life. One of my favorite quotes: "Live like no one will now, so you can live like no one can later." I honestly couldn't tell you where I heard that from, but I always think about it when I read something on saving money. It might be hard to start out, but as you are older you will live like nobody else can because you saved early.

4. Enjoy Life to the Fullest

I am not entirely sure what this means, or how to do it. Yet, many people believe they can enjoy what is happening in their life more, as they should! Life is great, and enjoying your life the most you can is always a great perspective on life.

5. Learn Something Exciting

How do you measure this? Maybe it is a scale of your own! Either way, learning something new is always a great way to broaden your knowledge. I always enjoy learning something different, and apparently many other people do, too!

Now you have some ideas for your New Years Resolution! Maybe your's isn't on our list. Do you have a different one? Let us know! Maybe you don't do a New Years Resolution, and that is great, too!
