Some of us dread the day we see it, but we always know it is coming.

When MnDOT says their snowplows are ready. UGH.

We have already seen snow in the forecast for this weekend, but hopefully MnDOT doesn't have to use them come Friday or Saturday evenings.

When I saw this, my heart sank a little bit. I am not ready for the snow yet. It just seems too early in the year to have to get my shovel out. Now, yeah, this first snowfall might not even accumulate and inch, but some of Minnesota is under a blizzard warning, so a lot of these MnDOT vehicles will be out.

Remember to give the plows the room they need to make our roads safe, because without them none of us would be able to travel safe!

If you haven't noticed, there are MnDOT cameras in the plows so you can see how the roads look at before you travel. It is something you need to check out when it snows!
