Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Minnesota State Patrol responded to a couple injury crashes in the region yesterday and early today.

The first was a head-on collision involving a commercial box truck and an SUV on Highway 63 near the Four Daughters Winery just before 3 p.m. on Friday. The State Patrol says the driver of the SUV, 74-year-old Mary Terry of Waterloo, Iowa, was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The 32-year-old Rochester man driving the truck was not hurt.

The State Patrol also responded to a rollover crash along I-35 early today. The incident was reported around 1 a.m. near Owatonna after a northbound car driven by a Waseca man left the freeway and rolled in the median. The State Patrol says 24-year-old Keaton Nikoley was alone in the vehicle and was ejected during the crash. He was brought to St. Mary’s Hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries. The State Patrol report indicates alcohol was likely a contributing factor in the crash.
