Square Dancing Day

Today, November 29th, in Square Dancing Day. One fun fact I found about square dancing is that square dance is the official dance of nineteen different U.S. states. In England, Ireland, and Scotland, people go to dances, but don't specifically say they are going "square dancing."

I can't remember all the things associated with square dancing. I know there is a "caller" to direct everything and make sure everyone goes to the beat, but it's been since 2nd grade that I last square danced.
