Light snow fell across southeast Minnesota for most of Thursday afternoon, and while there weren't any major accumulation totals, enough fell to create dangerous travel conditions. Several minor car accidents were reported around Rochester yesterday afternoon and evening. Conditions aren't much better this morning. The Minnesota Department of Transportation is currently reporting partially covered roads and highways all across the southern portion of our state.
