Section Wrestling Big Hit At Mayo Civic Center
Section 1 Wrestling is always a big event, and the Mayo Civic Center did not disappoint. With the top two in each section advancing to the State Tournament this weekend, the wrestling took it to the mat.
With mats spread across the floor and Class A, AA and AAA all wrestling for the same glory makes for an intense day filled will emotion, competition and roars of the crowd cheering. There is no other event like it.
It was a busy couple of days with bad weather pending. So, the tournament ran with almost no interruptions and they had no problem flying through each bracket. It was fun to see.
