The Minnesota Department of Health Commissioner, Ed Ehlinger, will be in Preston and Caledonia on July 31st, according to the Minnesota Department of Health.

If you are unfamiliar with Pitch the Commissioner, it is an event that gives people in the community a chance to pitch ideas to Ehlinger, and how their ideas will benefit their community. Here is what the Minnesota Department of Health's website says:

"Pitch the Commissioner is an event that allows people in communities around the state to join Minnesota Health Commissioner Ed Ehlinger in a game of horseshoes while they pitch him ideas of what they believe their community needs to be healthy, and other public health issues."

If you are free on the 31st, it might be worth headed to Preston and seeing the commissioner to pitch him your ideas.
