The cold weather has affected many businesses and other city entities across Southeast Minnesota, and one Preston business may have suffered even more because of it.

Kelly Printing & Sign walked into their building with a great mess of flooding and busted pipes. Their phone lines are down and have closed for the day, according to their Facebook page.
