* PATCHY TO AREAS OF FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL CHANGE OVER TO SNOW BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON... THEN DIMINISH AROUND 6 AM TUESDAY.

* THE HEAVIEST SNOWFALL RATES WILL OCCUR BETWEEN 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON AND 9 PM THIS EVENING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF A LIGHT GLAZE ARE EXPECTED.

* WINDS GUSTING AS HIGH AS 30 MPH WILL SOME DRIFTING AND AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW... ESPECIALLY ON RIDGE TOPS AND IN OPEN AREAS. IN ADDITION... SOME REDUCTIONS TO VISIBILITY ARE EXPECTED.

* THE ICE WILL RESULT IN DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS... INCLUDING DURING THE EVENING COMMUTE.
