Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Motorists who drive on Highway 52 between Rochester and Marion are being told to expect delays for the next few months.

A Minnesota Department of Transportation project will repave all the lanes of the highway between Highway 63 in Rochester and I-90 near Marion.

The project is scheduled to begin Monday.

The project will also extend the turn lane onto eastbound I-90, add high tension cable barrier and repair two bridges at the Hwy 52/I-90 interchange. Motorists can expect to encounter single lane traffic, lane changes, and short duration ramp closures during the project, which is scheduled to be completed by late fall.
