Rochester, MN  (KROC AM News) - A Grand Meadow man who may have been under the influence of prescription drugs caused a major mess Saturday in south Rochester.

Police say 58-year-old Brian Radloff was driving on South Broadway around 11:30 AM when his vehicle crashed into “a row of cars”  that were stopped for a red light at the 20th St intersection.

Several vehicles were damaged and two people were taken to St Marys Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Radloff was arrested after showing signs of impairment. He told police he had no memory of the wreck. Police are awaiting blood test results before charges are filed.
