Country Music History March 5
March 5, 1963 marks a tragic day in country music history, well music history in general. Cowboy Copas, Hawkshaw Hawkins, pilot Randy Hughes, and the very talented Patsy Cline were killed in a plane crash in Camden, Tennessee. Patsy recorded one of my all-time favorite songs "Crazy", as well as "I Fall To Pieces" and "Walkin' After Midnight".
In 1976, "One Piece At A Time", the song about a man building is dream car, is recorded by Johnny Cash.
And in 2011, "Who Are You When I'm Not Looking" topped the Billboard country singles chart, recorded by Blake Shelton.
