Country Music History June 2

The ladies dominate country music history for today!  Go girls!!  In 2011, Shania Twain received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.  "Red High Heels" by Kellie Pickler became her first gold single in 2009.  In 1992, Martina McBride began her first major concert tour, opening for Garth Brooks at Denver's McNichols Sports Arena.

And not to ignore the guys, In 1958 "All I Have To Do Is Dream" by the Everly Brothers reached #1 on the Billboard chart.
