Eleven more, count 'em, eleven more days until Christmas.  Until then, let's check out some country music history.  In 2012 on December 14, Brandon Blackstock proposed marriage and Kelly Clarkson said yes!

Continuing the marriage theme, in 2005, Dierks Bentley married his high school sweetie, Cassidy Black.  And, Troy Gentry of Montgomery Gentry married Angie McClure.

Happy birthday to Charlie Rich, "The Silver Fox" born in Arkansas in 1932.
